Purchases

The following information will help you in ordering products from MKM and DCM. We thank you for your order and we pray that you will be changed by the Word and Spirit as you listen and/or read.

Making a Purchase

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Your card will be billed as Dan Chesney Ministries (US) or Make Known Media (UK).

Tax Charges

In the US: These are calculated based on your place of residence.

In the UK: Make Known Media is not VAT registered, and does not charge VAT on these prices.

Delivery Policy

Shipping and handling rates are dependent on what you buy and where the items are to be sent. You will be notified of the cost of shipping during the checkout process. Please note that prices displayed on our MKM shop do not include postage and handling costs, these will be calculated at the end of the checkout procedure.

Orders

Your order will be dispatched within one week of placing your order. US packages are sent USPS First Class Mail or Package. UK packages are sent 1st class post for your convenience.  

Returns Policy

If the product is defective in any way, please return it to us in its original condition and with any cases it may have arrived in. We will be happy to refund you or replace it. Your spiritual growth is our main concern.

International Orders

We currently ship to the US (from within the US) and to the UK (from within the UK). Shipping rates reflect this. If you are ordering from a country other than the US or UK, shipping costs are relatively higher.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of either the American or English courts, depending on the origin of location.
